This does just show how ridiculous Titan proliferation has become.
We should have some kind of SALT treaty where all sides agree to blow up all their titans one at a time until none are left and then we can delete them from the database and forget this sorry episode of eve ever happened.

Not really, less than a hundred? How many ten's of thousands of Battleships are there out there? Even if we assume those hundred are all combat ready, you'd still only expect maybe 10 online at any one time (going by typical alliance participation figures, i.e. ~10%) across the entirety of New Eden.
Let the arms race continue. 
(Though, it would be nice to see Titans making use of those turret bonuses, double base damage on XL weapons, and half siege mode damage multiplier perhaps?)
That doesnt matter though, you can only get so many people into a system at one time so you could have a fleet of 5000 BS pilots ready to go and as Delve has already shown when a number of titans are teamed up with cynojammers it is impossible to take down the system.
Also in the major alliances the titans accounts are typically shared and so even if they are not online at the time they can be brought online within minutes if required.
Eve should be all about fleet combat, not one pilot wiping out an entire fleet with a single click of a button, especially now that it is clear that tians are not the one off alliance defining weapon that I aussme that they were envisaged as being with an alliance like bob already have 12 of the things - how long before they have enough to be able to DD an entire cap fleet in one go? 
I am not interested in sov wars or pos or anything like that any more so its not like I am concerned about holding on to my space or whatever, I just dont want to see the game killed off by this broken ship as I have not once met anyone that actually thinks these ships are a good idea.
